We so enjoyed your tour. Your grasp of both the people and the history they have made was wonderful. You are a great people with a great legacy. I think, after returning from the trip, that at least the Czar had an idea of what real comfort was about, as opposed to the French model of just showing off wealth. I am going to go on a Russian history reading binge to get everything in order. We started the project by watching Dr. Zhivago last night.

Our group of six have now returned from our trip to St. Petersburg and I wanted to thank you for helping to make it a very special event.

We were extremely pleased with the process of dealing with your organization. The ability to customize our tour before we left home, the driver was superb, our guide Mira spoke excellent English and knew so much about Russian history and the art and architecture of St. Petersburg. She was flexible about revising our itinerary at the last moment if we decided to stay longer or shorter at something else or if we decided to skip something entirely and she seemed to know the ins and outs of avoiding lines and avoiding crowds.

We were very pleased and when we compared our tour experiences with those of other passengers on the ship who had made private arrangements, we were sure we had made the right decision. I look forward to being able to recommend your service to others in the future.

Everything went smoothly, and the weather even cheered up for us after a wet start! The boat trip was a highlight, (as was Peter the Great's Cabin, as a fascinating insight into the origins of the city), and I think these would appeal to many of your customers in the future.

Marina was probably the best tour guide we have ever used, and as a result, our two days in St.Petersburg were the highlight of our Holland America cruise to the Baltic... From our discussions with other people from the ship, it was apparent that we saw and learned more than any of them who used the ship's tours. Many of them also complained about long lines at the Hermitage, and somehow Marina was able to avoid them.

When we departed from our cruise ship in St. Petersburg we were not allowed to go on our own, and was bound to one of the preset tours the ship arranged. Luckily we had bought our own tour with Insider Tour. We got driven direct to all the best attractions, and also got past every line as our guide had VIP passes for us. We saw the other cruise guests standing in endless lines to the Winter Palace while we went straight in. The other guests stood in large groups trying to hear their guide, while we got all the info directly from our guide Valentina. She even took our 1-year old girl on a little stroll while we had lunch. We got more than we paid for and would certainly use their service again.

We recently returned from our trip to Russia and want to compliment your company on the way you handled our tour for us.

Irena, our guide, was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about the entire city and the country as well. She gave us a tour that we will never forget. The driver did well also and we are pleased with the service that they offered us.
