  • Starting with a short Copenhagen city tour you will pass by some of its most famous buildings including the Christiansborg Palace, the Parliament Building, the Amalienborg Palace and see the New Harbour
  • Leaving Copenhagen behind you will pass through a dozen fishing villages along the northern coastline. Your tour guide will tell you about the highlights of the area that include the Louisiana Art Museum, fishing village of Snekkersten, the Millionaires' Road and many others

Kronborg Castle (inside tour)
  • Your guide will take you inside the Kronborg Castle that boasts immense symbolic value to the Danish people.
  • Located on a strategically important site commanding the narrow stretch of water between Denmark and Sweden, this castle was admired for its beauty and feared for its military might
  • It is also the home of Shakespeare's Hamlet because it was here that this world-famous play was set in

Fredensborg Palace (photo stop)
  • Built as a hunting seat for King Frederik IV, the Fredensborg Palace is often used for important events in the life of the Royal Family. It is also home to the finest example of a baroque garden in Denmark

Frederiksborg Castle (inside tour)
  • Built in the first decades of the 17th century, this impressive Renaissance Castle has housed the Museum of National History since 1878 when it was re-built after a devastating fire by the founder of the Carlsberg brewery
  • Its sumptouous interiors are home to many important portraits, history paintings, furniture and decorative art that form the largest and most significat art collection in all of Denmark
